On 9 November 2009 K1 Invest Ltd was placed into liquidation by a resolution of the sole voting shareholder pursuant to section 159(2) of the British Virgin Islands Insolvency Act, 2003. Hugh Dickson of Grant Thornton Specialist Services (Cayman) Ltd., and Mark McDonald of Grant Thornton (British Virgin Islands) Ltd. were appointed as joint liquidators.   Some documents posted on this website may be password protected.
