Terms of Warranty
Each REVOLUTION XT product is warranted by Pathfinder Luggage, a division of Paragon Luggage, Inc. (“Pathfinder”) for the lifetime of the product. The No Questions Asked . Lifetime Bumper to Bumper ® Warranty is simple: If your Revolution XT purchase is ever damaged or needs fixing, we will be happy to repair or replace your bag at no cost to you. Even airline damage is covered. Simply return your luggage, freight prepaid, to Pathfinder, and we will send it back free of charge.

Exclusions:
All cosmetic, consequential or incidental damages are disclaimed. Pathfinder is not responsible for damage to contents, loss of use, loss of time or other
consequential and incidental damages.
All conditions other than damage in material and function parts – for example cosmetic wear and soiling are excluded from the Pathfinder Luggage warranty.
Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Your satisfaction is of concern to us. In spite of our exacting, painstaking construction and use of the finest components, your Pathfinder Luggage product is not
indestructible and will not last forever. Over time and use it will require refurbishment or wear out. Reasonable care and common sense must be used to avoid damage and to extend the useful life of your luggage.
Pathfinder Luggage will make every effort to use original parts but reserves the right to use non-original parts to repair your luggage. If your luggage is deemed non-repairable by our warranty repair department, Pathfinder also reserves the right to replace the damaged piece with another bag of equal or greater value when original replacement piece is not available.
The Bumper to Bumper ® warranty will cover common carrier damage as a convenience to you. However, any common carrier (airplane, train, ship or bus) is responsible for all damages to your luggage or property while in their possession. It is their obligation to provide for your repair, replacement or reimbursement. Be sure to examine your luggage carefully after every trip. If your luggage or property has been damaged, act immediately to file a claim with the carrier before leaving the terminal or you may forfeit your rights.
